Rebel Wilson Shocks Fans With Skinny Swimsuit Beach Photo

Rebel Wilson spent her Memorial Day weekend on a Florida beach, telling her fans she wanted to move to The Sunshine State.

She shared a picture of herself on Instagram and her followers noticed a difference in her appearance and extreme weight loss; many were amazed at her dedication and hard work she put in during her “year of health.”

Wilson wore a black swimsuit and combined it with a blue fedora and white sunglasses.

Wilson’s weight-loss journey was year-long, called it her “year of health.” The actress said she wanted to change her lifestyle and take care of herself both mentally and physically.

Wilson kept her fans updated and shared the strategies she used to remain healthy and positive throughout the journey.

The actress explained that she would sometimes turn to food to cope with her emotions. Other than taking of her body, Wilson was determined to keep her mind healthy as well.

“I was determined in 2020, the year of health, to actually fully change my whole entire lifestyle,” she said. “So it meant not only, like, physically but mentally as well.”
