‘Real Housewives’ Stars Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky Give Daughter $100,000 Porsche For 16th Birthday

Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky bought their 16-year-old daughter, Portia, a $100,000 Porsche.

The exes got together to surprise their daughter with her first car. Videos posted to their daughter Sophia‘s TikTok showed Portia and her parents walking out the front door of their Beverly Hills home on Tuesday as both parents asked, “Whose car is that?”

Portia covered her mouth and began to cry, asking her parents if they were “serious” while running toward the black car, which appeared to be a Cayenne Coupé priced between $84,700 and $203,000. The gift was topped with a red bow.

Richards and Umansky laughed at their daughter’s reaction. They were joined by Sophia and their 28-year-old daughter, Alexia. 

Another clip showed the entire family inside the car as Portia took it for a test ride. Though the 16-year-old passed her driver’s license test, she did not wait six months after getting her permit to qualify for the behind-the-wheel test.

Portia celebrated her 16th birthday on March 1, when Umanksy and Richards again put aside their differences to celebrate. It has been almost one year since the couple’s split after 27 years of marriage, which both parties initially denied.

The two continued to live together until recently when Umansky moved out of their shared home and into an apartment in West Hollywood.

Though the reality stars have yet to file for divorce, Richards recently dropped Umansky from her last name on Instagram.

In 2023, Richards also discussed with uInterview exclusively what she does to keep herself healthy. 

“Every day after I drop my daughter off at school, I get right into the gym. I do a lot of cardio, a lot of weights and I make sure that everything I’m eating is healthy. And you know, I gave up alcohol almost seven months ago just as a health choice, and I’ve never felt better. I can see a difference in my eyes and my skin and my body – everything,” she said.
