‘Real Housewives’ Star Kim Zolciak Calls The Police On Ex Kroy Biermann – Again – After House Goes Up For Auction

A recent interaction between reality star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann required police intervention even though the former couple had fully moved out of their Georgia mansion. The argument, which took place on Sunday morning, was reportedly over a car blocking the driveway.

On the last day packing up the house, Biermann allegedly showed up and used his car to prevent Zolciak, a former star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, and the movers from leaving the estate. Both Zolciak and Biermann have a history of accusing one another of theft, and this time, Biermann alleged that Zolciak had attempted to lay claim to objects from the household he didn’t want in her possession.

Eventually, with police intervention, Biermann was convinced to move his car and allow Zolciak’s truck to exit the driveway.

Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce in May 2023 and since then the cops have paid them multiple visits, with calls from children and neighbors reporting their constant arguments. The previous interaction occurred during the moving process when Zolciak asked police to witness her pack up the house to ensure her safety. Although initially skeptical of Zolciak’s request, Biermann’s declarations that Zolciak should only move the feminine objects prompted police to stay on site to diffuse the couple’s argument. Zolciak claimed that Biermann stole an iPad and multiple security cameras from her, while Biermann alleged that Zolciak had stolen various private documents from him, as well as his laptop.

The couple also required police mediation on Thanksgiving, when cops paid an emergency visit to the household over calls of domestic abuse. Zolciak alleged that in an escalating argument with Biermann over the mansion’s curtains, Biermann physically pulled her off a ladder and slammed her to the ground. She maintained that she had suffered various injuries from the interaction, but refused to reveal them to officers.

Biermann, in turn, claimed that Zolciak had attacked him from behind and struck his face. There were also known visible signs of injury, and authorities were unable to make an arrest, as it was unclear which one in the couple was the primary aggressor.

Police instructed the former couple to “stay away from each other,” and Zolciak and Biermann moved into different rental properties.

Zolciak seems to be moving on with her life, having been seen on multiple dates with Tom Hanks‘ son, Chet Hanks.
