It looks like The Real Housewives of New Jersey might as well be renamed The Teresa Giudice show, as the Bravo mainstay has decided to get rid of some of the most notorious Teresa haters for the fifth season of the show. No reason to worry, though — despite reports to the contrary, Giudice herself is firmly in place to return.
Of course, the Real Housewives producers can't completely deprive the fans of Giudice rivals, hence why they are holding fast to Giudice's sister-in-law and new arch-enemy Melissa Gorga and former friend Jacqueline Laurita. Getting the boot? Kathy Wakile and original housewife Caroline Manzo.
But put away those died satin stilettos and sequined pink dresses, you New Jerseyans who think you might have a shot at nabbing the spots. Wakile and Manzo's gaudy shoes have already been filled by three new housewives who have signed on — Gia Casey, Priscilla DiStasio and Noelle Brescia, reports Examiner.
But there's more. Danielle Staub, the quintessential bad girl of seasons one and two, will also reportedly be returning to season five to stir up some more trouble. "Bravo has offered Danielle a contract," a source told In Touch, saying she is "contemplating whether this will be full-time or part-time."
Bravo is currently filming The Real Housewives of New Jersey, which will reportedly include episodes dealing with Hurricane Sandy. It is set to return with its new cast in 2013.
