Raven-Symoné and her longtime girlfriend AzMarie Livingston have reportedly broken up.
Symoné and Livingston have decided to part ways after three years of dating, Us Weekly reported.
Symoné, who recently joined The View as a co-host earlier this year, has been dating Livingston, a model, since 2012.
During an appearance on Oprah Winfrey‘s Where Are They Now? program last year, Symoné opened up about having a girlfriend, but declined to label her sexuality.
“I’m in an amazing happy relationship with my partner, a woman,” Symoné told Winfrey during the special on the OWN network, adding, “I am proud to be who I am and what I am. I don’t want to be labeled gay. I want to be labeled a human who loves humans. I’m tired of being labeled.”
Symoné, who hasn’t commented about the split reports, has been causing some controversy alongside her fellow The View co-hosts as of late. The former That’s So Raven star last found herself in hot water when she claimed she wouldn’t hire anyone with a “ghetto name.”
“I’m not about to hire you if your name is Watermelondrea. It’s just not going to happen,” Symoné said.
After the backlash, the TV personality had to take to Facebook to apologize.
“We would hope that when it comes to hiring, our names, physical appearance, sexual orientation, and age would never outweigh our qualifications, but often times, they do, that’s the truth and it sucks,” Symoné said in her apology. “But I should not be part of the problem, I should be part of the solution.”
