Rashida Jones: Costar Aziz Ansari Is 'So Funny'

Parks and Recreation star Rashida Jones, 35, isn't afraid to show off her flare for absurdity and a bit of an edgy streak.

The comedian and Harvard grad acknowledges that she's now a recognizable actress, but knows exactly what she would do if she could recapture her old anonymity for a day, and it would be "something naked," she told Playboy. "Streaking through a large crowd has always been a secret fantasy of mine. Disneyland would be fun. Or maybe just showing up at the Apple Store naked and picking up an iPod shuffle and pretending nothing was wrong or different."

Jones, the daughter of actress Peggy Lipton and musician / media mogul Quincy Jones, also has "a million memories" of the late Michael Jackson, whose Thriller album was produced by her dad. "He was definitely a little bit of an alien, for sure, and when I was young, it felt as if he was my age, not 18 years older," she said of Jackson. "Once, my sister, Michael, Emmanuel Lewis and I got in a car with Super Soakers and went by a movie theater and supersoaked the hell out of people waiting in line. They had no idea they'd just been supersoaked by the King of Pop."

Even though she may have grown up horsing around with famous people, Jones still worked hard to make a name for herself in comedy. "The nice thing about comedy in particular is that it's a meritocracy," she told the magazine. "Funny people aren't going to have you around because you know other people. You have to make people laugh." One person who makes Jones laugh is her Parks and Recreation costar, Aziz Ansari, 28. He is "so funny," she said, "though nobody thinks he's funnier than Aziz. He'll ruin a take because he's laughing at himself."
