Rapper Offset is facing a felony charge of damage after an incident involving an fan at a Sandy Springs Target.

Video footage shows Offset, whose real name is Kiari Cephus, slap a cell phone out of a fan’s hands while the fan was recording. Target cash registers can be seen in the background.

According to a police report, officers were called to the Target at 5570 Roswell Road to investigate damage to property. The fan, 18, says the rapper destroyed his $800 iPhone in the incident.

This isn’t the first time Cephus has faced criminal charges in Georgia. In July 2018, he and his bodyguard were arrested in Jonesboro after a traffic stop. He was booked on improper lane change, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

In addition, all three Migos‘ members were arrested leaving a show at Georgia Southern University. The rapper trio was taken into custody for allegedly bringing firearms and drugs onto the school’s campus.

While being held on those charges, Cephus got into an altercation with another inmate. He entered guilty pleas in both incidents and was released in December  2015. He plead guilty to both accounts and was released in December 2015.

Now, a warrant has been issued for the rapper’s arrest following the Monday night incident. However, Offset appeared at the Billboard Music Awards Wednesday with his rapper wife Cardi B. They have one child together, Kulture.
