Shortly after Grammy nominated rapper DaBaby performed at his concert and gave away toys to the children, he was arrested in North Carolina and charged on a count of narcotics violation. The investigation that followed from the police shows that the rapper had one-half ounce of marijuana and also obstructed justice after CMPD attempted to detain him.

DaBaby recently performed on Saturday Night Live to rave reviews. He was also implicated in a nude photo scandal but the pictures proved to be of another man.
