Rap Mogul Sean Combs Hit With New Sexual Assault Allegations By More Than 100 Women & Men

As the trial for Sean Combs moves forward, the musician has received new allegations against him from over 100 men and women.

All of the new accusers who claim to have been victimized by the media mogul, at least 120, have obtained legal representation and plan to take legal action against Combs.

Cases to be filed consist of rape allegations, sexual abuse, sexual misconduct, compelling prostitution, false imprisonment, facilitating sex with controlled substances, dissemination of video recordings and sexual abuse of minors. Over 25 of the victims are reportedly minors, as young as nine years old at the time.

Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, who represents some of the victims, has reported that the majority of the plaintiffs say they were date-raped after parties hosted by Combs at exclusive hotels and private venues.

“Many times, especially young people wanting to break into the industry, were coerced into this type of conduct in the promise of being made a star or the promise of having Sean Combs listen to their tape,” Buzbee said.

One of the victims, nine at the age of the alleged abuse, said that Combs and his associates sexually abused him at a recording studio in New York while trying to land a record deal. He said in a statement to his lawyer, “Had [Combs] not been in power, I feel I could’ve been something great. I quit the industry because of what Sean Combs did to me.”

Last month Combs was indicted on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering and pleaded not guilty.

Since last November, Combs has been hit with 12 civil suits, all but one of which accuse him of sexual assault.

Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and awaits trial on three criminal sex trafficking and racketeering charges after he was indicted by a grand jury.

Erica Wolff, An attorney for Combs said in a statement on Tuesday, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”

Wolff also emphasized that Combs “looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Combs has been ordered to remain in jail while he waits for the trial to begin.

Buzbee said that his firm is working to vet another 100 cases in addition to their 120.
