Following a nine-year hiatus, the alternative rock band, Rage Against the Machine, have recently announced a 2020 reunion tour. The tour will also feature the rap duo, Run the Jewels.

Rage Against the Machine, known for their 1992 hit, “Killing In The Name,” initially hinted their reunion through an Instagram post in November. The band posted a photograph of the Chilean protests alongside five tour dates. Afterward, RATM posted various photos and clips on the account from past tours throughout the decades.

They finally announced their “Public Service Announcement” tour on Monday February 10, 2020.

The band will embark on their seven-month trek starting March 26 at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas. All proceeds from the first three shows (El Paso, Texas, Las Cruces, New Mexico, Glendale, Arizona) will go directly to immigrant rights and organizations. In addition, portions from ticketing, volunteering and donations will be given to several charities throughout the world tour.
