Videos of Vladimir Putin showed him twisting his foot, causing more rumors about the Russian president’s health to resurface.
Putin attended a summit at the Vostochny spaceport recently, where he was joined by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Videos from the event captured Putin’s involuntary leg movements, which have been a topic of conversation before.
Putin can be seen lifting and twisting his left foot from side to side. The fidgeting continued during the photo-op.
This is not the first time people have noticed Putin’s apparent health issues, as he was caught moving in the same ways last February and September. He has also been known to grip tables for support.
Speculation that Putin suffers from Parkinson’s disease have been ongoing for a few years.
Leaked U.S. military cables said that Putin is believed to be suffering from cancer.
