On Saturday, Taylor Swift flew from Tokyo to Los Angeles, a pitstop on her way to Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday.
Since starting a relationship with Kansas City Chiefs’ player Travis Kelce, Swift’s been known for taking private jet flights to see her boyfriend at various games.
Air Traffic Control predicts a greater influx of private flights to Las Vegas as VIPs pile in for the game at Allegiant Stadium, leaving experts wondering if there will even be room for one more private jet at Vegas’ McCarren Airport.
Swift was in Tokyo this week as part of her Eras Tour international leg but jetted home to make it in time for the big game.
With Swift’s frequent travel, fans have raised concerns about the environmental effects. A college student was recently threatened with a lawsuit by Swift’s legal team for tracking her flights and making the details public.
In January, Swift and Kelce were captured celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ AFC Championship win. The win landed the Chiefs their spot in the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers.
