Priscilla Presley posted a photo to Instagram of herself with her eldest granddaughter, actress Riley Keough, after settling a legal dispute over control of Lisa Marie Presley‘s trust.

Presley and Keough were pictured together celebrating the middle-school graduation of Lisa Marie’s 14-year-old daughters, Harper and Finley Lockwood. “Happy Graduation girls! You’re now in high school!!!” Presley wrote in the caption of the photo, which showed all four of them posing together in a garden.

The post comes a month after the court settlement between Presley, the widow of singer Elvis Presley, and Keough over the family estate following the death of Elvis’ daughter, Lisa Marie, in January 2023. Before her death, Lisa Marie had inherited the rock ‘n’ roll icon’s entire estate on her 25th birthday in 1993.

After her death, it was revealed that she had made an amendment to her will in 2016 that removed her mother Priscilla and her former business manager, Barry Siegel, as co-trustees. Lisa Marie replaced them with her oldest children, Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide in 2020, and Riley as the new co-trustees.

Presley’s attorneys disputed the amendment, citing a misspelling of Priscilla’s name, but on May 16, they reached a settlement with Keough that is subject to court approval on August 4.

Presley said that she never filed a lawsuit against Keough and hoped her family would be granted the privacy necessary to grieve Lisa Marie.
