Princess Eugenie Announces Pregnancy

Princess Eugenie announced that she is pregnant with her first child via an Instagram post earlier today, hinting that the baby is expected in early 2021.

The Royal Family’s official Instagram celebrated the pregnancy as well by posting a throwback to the couple’s October 2018 wedding.

Despite mother Eugenie being a princess, because her husband, Jack Brooksbank, does not hold a title, neither will their child. However, the newborn will still be 11th in line to the throne.

The announcement comes months after Eugenie’s father, Prince Andrew, had to step back from his duties due to the Jeffery Epstein scandal. He recently returned to his duties, and since then, the family has also celebrated the wedding of Princess Beatrice, Eugenie’s elder sister.
