Prince Harry revealed in his memoir, Spare, that despite the rumors, both he and Prince William are circumcised.

The Duke of Sussex wrote, “There were countless stories in books, and papers (even The New York Times) about Willy and me not being circumcised. ‘Mummy had forbidden it,’ they all said, and while it’s absolutely true that the chance of getting penile frostbite is much greater if you’re not circumcised, all the stories were false. I was snipped as a baby.”

The story came to light as Harry recounted having frostbite at William’s pre-wedding dinner following a 200-mile expedition to the North Pole in 2011. He recalled that the frostbite had affected his ears, cheeks and “todger.”

According to the memoir, which went on sale in Spain five days earlier than planned on Thursday, Harry said that he finally went to the doctor after finding out that the Elizabeth Arden cream he had been recommended by a friend didn’t work.

The rest of the memoir doesn’t hold back, covering how he lost his virginity to an older woman as a 17-year-old, did cocaine to “feel different,” and was physically attacked by his brother William after a disagreement in 2019 over his wife Meghan.

Spare is scheduled to be released on January 10.
