Prince Harry made a surprise appearance in a segment of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Tuesday, a month after the Prince sat down with the host to discuss his best-selling memoir Spare.
Harry took on Stephen Colbert’s 15 burning questions that he’s asked many celebrities, including Michelle Obama, Cate Blanchett and others.
The questions didn’t hold back, asking Prince Harry what his favorite smell was to what he thinks about death.
Fans learned a lot about the Prince, including that he once asked the England rugby team at the 2003 World Cup Rugby Final for their autographs and that he is afraid of snakes: “I don’t like sharks, but at least they’re contained to the ocean. Snakes can get anywhere.”
This segment was much less serious than the previous sit-down between Harry and Colbert. The two had a very deep conversation about Harry’s military service in Afghanistan, the worldwide obsession with his family, and what his mother, Princess Diana, would think of his situation today.
