Portia De Rossi Rocked Chic Look At PaleyFest

Portia de Rossi was the picture of elegance at the Scandal screening at PaleyFest in Los Angeles Tuesday.

De Rossi looked as glam as ever in a blue and black satin 3.1 Phillip Lim dress. The number featured a floral top and a structured black skirt that came together at the waist with a satin tie belt. De Rossi, who was styled by Anita Patrickson, completed her look with black T-strap sandals.

“Oh she purrrrddy!” Patrickson captioned a snap on Instagram. “@portiaderossi you are a vision ? last nights look.” Patrickson also credited Heather Currie for doing the actress’ makeup and Ryan Richman for styling her hair.

De Rossi, who plays Elizabeth North on Scandal, was joined at the PaleyFest event with her costars Kerry Washington, Darby Stanchfield, Bellamy Young, Tony Goldwyn and Katie Lowes. Shonda Rhimes, Scandal creator and writer, was in attendance as well.

“Olivia is on a journey and Olivia has been on a journey since we started. It’s interesting to me that her primary story is a romance — that’s what you’ve seen — because to me, her primary story has been discovering herself,” Rhimes said during a press conference at PaleyFest. “I’m happy that you have fallen in love with Fitz because that is the journey that Olivia went on … she went on the fantasy and she realized that the fantasy was not real. That does not mean that she does not love Fitz, that does not mean Fitz does not deserve love. It just means that Olivia does not know who she is yet.”

Scandal airs Thursday on ABC at 9/8c.
