Police Take Charlie Sheen's Two Sons From His Home
Charlie Sheen and his two Goddesses, Rachel Oberlin (a retired porn actress, stage name Bree Olson) and Natalie Kenly have been forced to relinquish temporary custody of Sheen's twin sons to his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller. Police arrived at Sheen's Beverly Hills mansion, which has recently been dubbed the "Sober Valley Lodge," Tuesday evening to collect the 2-year-old boys, Bob and Max.
The hasty handover was the result of a court order issued hours before that stripped Sheen of custody and granted it to Mueller, who is currently in a "day treatment" facility recovering from substance abuse problems, reports Us Weekly. The children will stay with Mueller's mother while she visits them four hours a day.
Mueller, whose role in Sheen's public meltdown has fueled rampant speculation, was also granted a restraining order against the former Two and a Half Men star, forbidding him to come within 100 yards of her or their children. Mueller has claimed in the past that Sheen assaulted her during a domestic dispute on December 25.
That was before he allegedly took the twins from Mueller's house on February 26 and held them without her consent. When she tried to get them back, Sheen reportedly threatened her, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom."
A hearing is set for March 22 to determine further details of the restraining order. Sheen has already posted on his new Twitter account about the incident. "My sons' are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option..!" —KIMBERLY STEELE
