Halle Berry hasn’t had a good two months. First, she was evacuated from her $8 million Malibu, California beach-front home due to the wildfires that were raging across Southern California. Luckily, the house was undamaged and the fires have since been controlled.

But after Berry left the house and escaped from the Woosley fires, pirates came in. The pirates came to the beachfront house by boat and rummaged through the inside. “The looters got there by boat,” an insider told the site. “Literally, they were pirates!”

Berry tried to go back to the house to see what she had lost but wasn’t able to. The thieves made off with expensive artwork and multiple precious personal items.
