Pink is having a quite a day. Within 24 hours, the singer announced an upcoming tour, dropped a new single from her upcoming album, and released a trailer for her new Apple Music documentary.
The day before, Pink posted an Instagram photo promising exciting surprises to come, and she delivered.
Her so-called Beautiful Trauma World Tour 2018 will launch March 1 in Phoenix and conclude on June 2 in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. local time for American Express card holders and Friday, Oct. 13 for the general public.
Pink also released “Whatever You Want,” a new track off her seventh studio album Beautiful Trauma, which hits shelves on Oct. 13. The song is available on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play, and Amazon Music.
And to top it all off, the singer also announced a documentary about the making of the album in a partnership with Apple Music. The film will be available through the streaming service on Oct. 13 as well.
“Making an album is—it’s so many moving pieces, a lot of parts,” the artist says in the trailer. This has been a huge year for Pink, aside from all these announcements. She performed at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival, received the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the MTV Video Music Awards, and made an inspiring acceptance speech that made headlines for all the right reasons.
“Tomorrow I’m releasing the title track to BEAUTIFUL TRAUMA. I wrote the song with a very awesome person @jackantonoff and named the album… After it b/c life is f*cking traumatic. But it’s also incredibly beautiful, too. There’s a lot of beauty still and beautiful souls. Enjoy,” the artist tweeted on Sept. 27 before releasing “What About Us.”
