Ellen DeGeneres turned 60 back in January and has been celebrating with all of her closest A-list celebrity friends ever since.

Over the last weekend, her wife Portia de Rossi threw DeGeneres a star-studded birthday party. Not only were there many notable guests, but musical friends who performed for Ellen on her special day.

She joked about having all her famous friends coming to her party, crediting it all to a hard seltzer. On her Instagram she wrote, “White Claw is hard seltzer and may or may not make celebrities come to your party.”

She also shared photos on her Instagram of some of the people who performed at her party. She thanked French Montana for “helping make it an unforgettable night.”

 Pharrell and dancer Mette Towley also performed at the party.

PinkAlessia Cara, and Melissa Etheridge also all performed for DeGeneres’s special night.

Ellen joked on her show about how she got all of the musical entertainment for free. “Parties you know can get expensive, you know that right? Especially when there’s a lot of people. So here’s a money saving tip for all of you, don’t hire a band, invite all your musician friends. And it turns out they’ll just perform for free.”

Celebrities who went also took advantage of the photo booth there and snapped pictures with Ellen or with other friends. Such as Olivia Munn who snapped a bunch of photos with her friends like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and John Legend and Chrissy Teigen.
