Jason and Travis Kelce made history as the first set of brothers to ever play against each other in a Super Bowl.
They faced off when the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs played in the big game on Sunday.
Jason is an offensive lineman for the Eagles while Travis is a tight end for the Chiefs.
After the Chiefs defeated the Eagles 38-35, overcoming a 10-point deficit at half-time, Travis was pictured celebrating with MVP Patrick Mahomes in their second Super Bowl title in four years.
Jason was seen getting emotional when he embraced his mom, who was wearing a split Eagles-Chiefs shirt, on the field after the game.
The NFL posted a clip of the mother-son pair, writing, “Mom’s always there,” on Twitter.
Jason also hugged Travis on the field to congratulate him on his second Super Bowl win.
In a post-game interview, Travis said that there was nothing that he could say to his brother other than that he loved him and played a great season.
In the lead-up to the big game, the brothers talked about facing off against each other on their podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce.
“I feel like I’ve been getting asked this question for my entire career. ‘What would you feel if you played your brother in the Super Bowl?’ The entire time I’ve been like, ‘That’s been the goal.’ Now that it’s actually happening, it’s kind of sick,” Travis said.
He went on to say that making it to the Super Bowl with his brother was a greater achievement than anything else in his career.
