A building in Philadelphia’s Center City neighborhood collapsed on Wednesday morning, leaving several people trapped in the rubble. Rescue teams, including a K9 unit, are searching the scene for those who are still stuck amidst the fallen structure.

The four-story building, located at the corner of 22nd and Market streets, began to crumble at about 10:45 a.m. At least eight to 10 individuals are thought to still be in harms way within the building’s remains, Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers told ABC affiliate WPVI. Three people have been rescued thus far, reported FOX 29.
