It’s official – Katy Perry and Russell Brand are getting married. Loved-up Brand proposed to Perry with a candlelit New Year’s Eve dinner at the Taj Rambagh Palace hotel in Jaipur, India. The diamond ring was hidden among flowers, and when Brand popped the question, Perry immediately said yes, according to London’s Daily Mail. The couple, who have only been dating for four months, are planning to get hitched within six months. A celebrity guest list including Rhianna and Taylor Swift, and a best-man speech by Brands’ manager Nik Linnen are currently being put together. –MANDY COHEN in London
