Paul Reubens Plays Penguin’s Father In ‘Gotham’
Paul Reubens made a guest appearance in the hit series Gotham as known other than the Penguin’s father.
PAUL REUBENS REPRISES ROLE AS PENGUIN’S FATHER
In the Gotham episode “Wrath of the Villains: Mad Grey Dawn,” Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Bullock (Donal Logue) are investigating a museum robbery.
Meanwhile, Penguin played by Robin Lord Taylor meets his father and is welcomed into his newfound family. His father is played by Reubens who ironically also played Penguin’s father in the 1992 Batman Returns with Michael Keaton, Michelle Pfeiffer and Danny DeVito.
It seems the introduction of Reubens’ character might lead to more enemies and less allies in the series.
Reubens has been busy on and off TV with his most recent project, Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday on Netflix.
Gotham airs Mondays at 8pm on FOX.
