Patrick Dempsey Supports Estranged Wife Jillian Dempsey At Image Maker Awards, Sparks Reconciliation Rumors

Patrick Dempsey and his estranged wife Jillian Dempsey looked as though they might be on their way to a reconciliation at the first-ever Image Makers Awards in Los Angeles Tuesday night.

Jillian, 41, was being honored at Marie Claire‘s Image Maker Awards for her work as a celebrity makeup artist. “There are makeup artists, and then there are true artists. That’s what it takes to create an image,” said Kristen Stewart, who is a longtime client of Jillian’s. “Jill falls under the latter. There are few of those in this business.”

Patrick, 49, attended the event at the Chateau Marmont to support Jillian, along with the couple’s three kids – Talula Fyfe, 13, and 8-year-old twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen. The two looked happy to be in each other’s company while smiling for the cameras at the event.

Jillian and Patrick were last spotted together back in November, when they were holding hands while walking in Paris’ Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood. At the time, Jillian was serving as Jennifer Lawrence‘s makeup artist for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 premiere tour. Dempsey, meanwhile, was filming Bridget Jone’s Baby in England.

The pair was “working on their relationship,” a source told People at the time.

Jillian had filed for divorce from Patrick last January after 15 years of marriage with the former Grey’s Anatomy star.
