Paris Jackson and her godfather Macaulay Culkin got matching tattoos on their arms over the weekend.

According to E! News, the both celebrity got an image of a small spoon inked on to their arms at Tattoo Mania in West Hollywood.

While neither Culkin nor Jackson has commented on the meaning of the tattoo, some have noted that spoon tattoos often are used to represent a person’s struggle with an eating disorder, according to ET.

Jackson shared images of the matching ink on her Instagram story on Saturday. While Culkin’s arm appears free of any other tattoos, Jackson’s arm has at least three others on her arm. The spoon tattoo is next to a tattoo of John Lennon, someone Jackson frequently posts to social media about.

Culkin, 36, became the 19-year-old’s godfather after becoming close with her father, legendary singer Michael Jackson. The singer and the child actor were often hung out together, despite their massive age difference.

In recent years, Jackson has posted several images of her and Culkin hanging out together. Earlier in 2017, Jackson posted a video of her painting the Home Alone star’s toes while giving him a pedicure.

Jackson has recently launched into her modeling and acting career. She briefly appeared on an episode of Star and is set to appear in the movie Gringo, which is expected to be released in 2018. The new movie, directed by Nash Edgerton, will also star Charlize TheronAmanda SeyfriedThandie NewtonDavid Oyelowo, and the director’s brother Joel Edgerton.

As Culkin has grown older, he has remained out of the spotlight. While he was once the hottest child-actor in the market, his appearances on screen have become less and less frequent. Most recently, he played a fictionalized version of himself on The Jim Gaffigan show.
