Pamela Anderson no longer wants to divorce Rick Salomon and is taking action to have the filing thrown out by a judge.

Anderson petitioned to dismiss her divorce filing on Aug. 21 after reconciling with Salomon and going on a vacation with him to Copenhagen, Denmark, reported People. After the initial filing back in July, it was revealed that the former Baywatch star was threatening divorce as a stunt to encourage Salomon to get his act together.

“Pam felt the only thing she could do at this point in her relationship and marriage to Rick was to file for divorce because of his wild partying,” an insider told Radar Online. “They love each other, but it's always a roller coaster with Pam and Rick. No one should be shocked if they reconcile. Since she filed for divorce, Rick has been begging Pam to halt the proceedings. No one should be shocked if they reconcile.”

The reconciliation started shortly after Anderson filed for divorce, as the activist was spotted out and about in Malibu planting a kiss on Salomon just a week later.

When Anderson filed for divorce from Salomon on July 3, the couple had been married for less than seven months. They were married secretly in January – six years after their first marriage ended in an annulment after a few short months. Anderson has previously had on-again off-again relationship with ex-husbands Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.
