Olivia Munn Opens Up About Difficulties Breastfeeding With Newborn Son

In several Instagram stories, Olivia Munn has been candidly sharing that she hasn’t been having an easy time breastfeeding her son Malcolm, who she had with boyfriend John Mulaney back in November.

“Breastfeeding is soooo hard, especially if you have low supply,” Munn first wrote in a Jan 19 Instagram story, providing more details on how she is trying to address the issue. “8 weeks in and I’ve taken a million vitamins, countless teas, lozenges, tinctures and worked with two lactation consultants. Breastfeeding. Is. Hard.”

Munn still has a sense of humor about the process, though. She posted another slide soon after with her dog snuggled up to a pillow. “At least someone is making good use of my breastfeeding pillow,” she joked.

She posted a poll later that day, and among Munn’s followers, more than half of them responded that lactating can be a challenge.

Even though Munn has been open about some difficult parts of being a mother, she has also posted some adorable pictures of the two of them for holidays like Christmas and New Year’s where they look extremely happy.
