The damaging Mel Gibson tapes were only the first nail in coffin in what will be a presumably lengthy and dirty custody hearing. Oksana Grigorieva‘s lawyers have decided to subpoena Gibson’s ex-wife Robyn regarding official claims stating that the film star was never violent during their 30 year relationship, according to a report on RadarOnline.
Grigorieva’s team wants to have Ms. Gibson appear in court and question her written statement; Grigorieva told law enforcement officials that Gibson had admitted to throwing a TV set at his ex and that she had seen him physically abuse his youngest son. An official hearing regarding Mel and Oksana’s only child, Lucia, is set for the middle of next week. –ELENA COX
