Noah Cyrus, 23, stepped out at Paris Fashion Week in a black Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture gown that left little to the imagination.
The dress went nearly down to her belly button and left most of her chest exposed. She wore a thick chain necklace that covered her breasts but did not fully conceal her nipples.
Cyrus, the younger sister of Miley Cyrus, concluded the look with black tights and heels.

She also bleached her brows, wore black eyeliner and showcased chrome nails.
This wasn’t the first time the singer wore a skin-baring dress in Paris last week. She wore a sheer blue gown at the Arturo Obergero fashion show, which also bared her nipples.
Cyrus has also demonstrated her confidence in her willingness to open up about her past struggles. Last summer, she spoke to Rolling Stone about overcoming her addiction to Xanax, citing that she had been in recovery for two years.
She also talked about her struggles with anxiety and depression. She shared her experiences with fans on Instagram, writing, “every day is work when it comes to your mental health and personal battles. Not every day is going to be hell and not every day is going to be perfect. I’m still figuring that out.”
Cyrus released her debut studio album, The Hardest Part, last fall. It was met with widespread critical acclaim.
