Singer Nicole Scherzinger appears to be on a wellness kick as she showed off her bikini body in some stunning selfies on Instagram with an inspirational message for her followers.

The 44-year-old posed in a white bikini, flaunting a tiny, toned waist and glowing tan. In her first post on Monday, Scherzinger posed her way through a video, including a couple of shots of her doing carefree dances. The Pussycat Dolls star chose a mashup of the songs “Walking On A Dream” by Empire of the Sun and “Fake ID” by Riton for the background of the video.

“A little progress each day adds up to big results,” she wrote in the caption. “Happy #manaMonday @mana_movement.”

In her second post of the day, her three selfies were captioned with another motivational message.

“Let discipline carry you when motivation won’t,” she wrote. “Beast mode work out (check emoji). Below 3 degree celsius ice bath (check emoji). Sauna stretch it out (check emoji).”

Scherzinger has previously discussed her dedication to fitness, yoga and wellness. She told Women’s Health she finds it important to do “what works for you.”
