Isabella “Bella” Kidman Cruise, daughter of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise, posted a rare selfie on her Instagram story.
“What a summer,” Bella captioned her selfie. In it, Bella wore a white top with lace trimmings and a small white bow, while she accessorized with several layers of necklaces and a nose ring to match.
Bella, 30, was adopted by Nicole and Tom in 1992 and is one of the only two children the former couple share. The Golden Globe winners adopted Bella’s brother, Connor, 28, three years later.
Tom and Nicole were married for 11 years. When they got a divorce in 2001, both children went to live with their father and, today, reportedly have a strained relationship with their mother.
Nicole has yet to lose hope in reuniting with her two eldest, though, as she reportedly invited them to celebrate with her for being presented with the AFI Life Achievement Awards, the highest award one can receive from a career in film.
Although their parents are high-profile celebrities, Bella and Connor have managed to stay out of the spotlight. Bella even got married in 2015 without her parents and brother in attendance. She married Max Parker, with only their close friends present.

In addition to Bella and Conner, Nicole has two daughters, Sunday Rose, 15, and Faith Margaret, 12, with her husband, country singer Keith Urban. Tom shares a daughter with ex-wife Katie Holmes, Suri, 17.
