This challenge sparked from Garcelle Beauvais‘ Instagram post saying, “you’ve heard of Elf on a Shelf, now get ready for this…” Pictured was a meme of “Garcelle on Pharrell.” The celebrity who posts it then tags other celebrities to keep the challenge going.
