Nicole Kidman walked the red carpet at the 2002 Oscars alongside her husband, Keith Urban. The actress wore a tight strapless gray-blue Armani Privé gown, decorated with ruffles on the waist. The most particular aspect of the actress’s dress was that the dress’s color was custom-made.

“I’m lucky because this dress, they actually made this color,” said Kidman. “I was like, I really want to wear blue. This was the color. They made this color.”

Kidman was honored with a Best Actress nomination for her role in Being the Ricardos, making this her fifth nomination for an Academy Award; her first win was back in 2002 for the Best Actress award for her role in The Hours.
