Nicole Kidman wowed fans at the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday, arriving by boat to the premiere of her film Babygirl in a gorgeous gold Schiaparelli gown.

The 57-year-old star’s outfit featured a black velvet mermaid skirt and a sequin-adorned tulle corset that accentuated her figure.

Babygirl, directed by Halina Reijn, tells the story of a powerful CEO whose personal and professional lives unravel after she becomes romantically involved with a young intern. The film also stars Harris Dickinson and Antonio Banderas, who joined Kidman and Reijn on the red carpet.

While Kidman‘s family was not present at the premiere, the actress has spoken recently about how her lifestyle has influenced her daughters, Sunday and Faith. In an interview with L’Officiel magazine, Kidman revealed that her willingness to travel has fostered a sense of wanderlust in her children.

“They’ve got more stamps on their passport than most octogenarians,” Kidman said. The actress recounted experiences living in various countries, including Morocco, France and Vietnam, emphasizing how these adventures have broadened her children’s worldviews.

Kidman, who divides her time between residences in Sydney, Nashville and New York with her husband, country music star Keith Urban.

The actress has been estranged from her adopted kids, Bella and Connor Cruise, with ex Tom Cruise.
