Nicki Minaj is speaking out following a physical fight that took place between herself and fellow rapper Cardi B at a New York Fashion Week party on Friday.

In a radio interview on Monday, Minaj said she felt “humiliated” and mortified after the scuffle at a Harper’s Bazaar party, during which Cardi B threw a shoe at Minaj and ultimately ended up with a ripped dress and a bump on her head.

“I was in [an] Alexandre Vauthier gown, ok? Off the motherf—ing runway,” Minaj said of the incident. “I could not believe how humiliated it all felt… how we made ourselves look.”

Security and bodyguards for Minaj ended up intervening in the altercation and Cardi B, whos real name is Belcalis Almanzar, was escorted out.

Minaj went on to say she believes Cardi B has a mental illness and that an “intervention” should be staged for the young rapper, who has become a major hip-hop star over the last year.
