Singer Nick Jonas and Quantico star Priyanka Chopra have gotten engaged, with both confirming their through Instagram accounts.

Jonas, 25, published an Instagram post with a to-the-point caption, writing, “Future Mrs. Jonas. My heart. My love.” The accompanying picture showed the couple in a loving embrace, staring into each other’s eyes.

Chopra, 36, likewise took to her social media platform to share her excitement, writing, “The only way to do this … with family and God. Thank you all for your wishes and blessings.” Her photo shows the two holding each other’s hand, with Chopra’s wedding ring visible on her left hand.

According to News 18, Jonas arrived at Mumbai on Thursday night with his parents. Some in the Indian media have speculated that ceremony has already taken place.  

It’s been known that the couple have been together since June, and their fans have anticipated this announcement. Last month, Ali Abbas Zafar, the director helming Bharat, confirmed Chopra was stepping down from her role in it for a “very, very special” reason, adding that she informed them of her decision in “the Nick of time.” Given Zafar’s unsubtle wordplay and his wishes for her happiness, it has been presumed that the couple were planning something.
