Nick Jonas hit the streets of Hollywood Thursday afternoon with his “moonbabes” in tow while filming a promotional video for the MTV Video Music Awards.
Jonas pulled up to a street in Hollywood in an orange hot rod with four women dressed in silver space-inspired, belted leotards and matching helmets. Unlike his sidekicks, Jonas’ ensemble was much more down-to-Earth, featuring a black and blue sweater and shorts set.
“#moonbabes and Fraps. #NJLevelsVMA here’s a taste of just the music for Levels,” Jonas captioned an Instagram video of him walking down the street with his moonbabes, referring to the single he’ll be performing at the MTV VMA pre-show.
“Lazy Thursday with the #MoonBabes,” Jonas captioned a video of himself riding an inflatable swan in a pool while his four space women sat on the edge.
“More fun with the #MoonBabes today,” Jonas captioned a video of the group of five riding an escalator.
On Wednesday, Jonas announced that he would be dropping his new track “Levels” on Aug. 21.
In addition to performing “Levels” at the MTV VMAs on Aug. 30, Jonas will be up for Best Male Video for “Chains.”
