‘The Voice’ Season 13 Finale Part 2 Recap: Chloe Kohanski Crowned Winner
4.5/5
Blake Shelton is the winning coach on The Voice yet again, as Chloe Kohanski takes the season 13 crown.
CHLOE KOHANSKI WINS THE VOICE SEASON 13
Before her victory announcement, however, a lot of performances went down on stage. Contestants were paired with pros, and coaches even sang too. First Adam Cunningham, Keisha Renee and Bebe Rexha do a collaboration for Rexha’s “Meant to Be.” Then Charlie Puth took the stage to sing his own “How Long?” followed by Addison Agen and Norah Jones singing her “Don’t Know Why.”
Last year’s Chris Blue made an appearance, as did Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, and Sia. Billy Idol even hopped on stage to sing “White Wedding” with Kohanski.
After the 15 musical performances, host Carson Daly finally gets to the results – and they are exactly what was expected. In fourth was Team Blake’s Red Marlow; in third, Team Miley Cyrus‘ Brooke Simpson; in second, Team Adam Levine‘s Agen; and in first, Team Blake’s Kohanski – she becomes the sixth contestant to win under the guide of Shelton.
Kohanski managed to grab the lead in the competition weeks ago, and has been the favorite ever since, even despite last night’s bobbles. Agen was a close second, but couldn’t get closer to first with the votes.
