On March 8, Raquel Leviss was granted a temporary restraining order against costar Scheana Shay.
According to Leviss, Shay attacked her on March 2 around 1:30 a.m. after the two were on Watch What Happens Live. Leviss was left with “a black eye and cut/scar to left eyebrow, blurred vision & swelling to left eye.”
Shay’s attorney Neama Rahmani denies all allegations.

“This case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her,” she said. “The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months. Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward.”
So what caused this fallout?
The two’s friendship split when rumors began of Leviss being part of a long-term affair with Tom Sandoval. Who was the affair on? Shay’s best friend, Ariana Madix.
Soon after the news of the affair broke, Leviss tried reaching out to Madix. When she couldn’t get ahold of her, she posted a public apology on Instagram.
“I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships,” she captioned. “There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana. Besides the indefensible circumstances surrounding our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born out of a loving friendship. Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones.”
