Hilary Duff‘s ex-husband Mike Comrie will not be charged for rape after a woman accused him of non-consensual anal sex.
Prosecutors said there was reasonable doubt as to whether Comrie’s accuser consented to sex during a Feb. incident in which Comrie invited two women to his L.A. home, for drinks and sex.
The 36-year-old former NHL player denies that the encounter was non-consensual. The accuser said he forced her to have anal sex without her consent and that he continued despite her asking him to stop. The woman says she showered after the incident and then she and Comrie engaged in another sexual act with her consent. When the sex got rough and he slapped her face, she accused him of assault and started recording audio on her phone.
