Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari is divorcing former NFL star Jay Cutler accusing him “inappropriate marital conduct.”
“[Cutler] is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper,” claimed Cavallari in her filing.
Both are also fighting over who will have custody of their children – Cavallari wants primary custody, whereas Cutler wants joint custody.
The former couple both announced their divorce through their Instagram with the same caption.
“With great sadness after [ten] years together, we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce. We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family,” both wrote on their Instagram post.
