Jon Voight, the Oscar-award winning actor and father of Angelina Jolie, showed his admiration for President Donald Trump in a video he shared on Twitter this week.

In the video, Voight said, “our nation is stronger and wiser because we took a chance on a man that had become the greatest President. I am honored to call him President Trump. We must continue with this race of truths and stand with President Trump for his next win,” Voight said. “Because this is more than a win. This not a sacrifice. This is God’s honor. God’s trust for this nation.”

“This is America, this land of the free. This is our President, Donald Trump, that will set the nation to be the greatest land of peace, and love, and great again. God bless,” Voight closed the video with.

Trump then retweeted this video onto his Twitter as a thank you to Voight for his words.

Voight, 80, has been nominated for four Academy Awards in total and won four out of his eleven Golden Globe nominations.
