Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are selling artwork and other items from their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, fueling speculation about their relationship status.

Collectors and interested buyers began purchasing art from the couple’s home in early June. This development comes as the property is also on the market just a year after its purchase.

The decision to sell the house has raised eyebrows, given the short period of ownership. However, insiders claim the couple wanted more from the property.

Affleck, 51, has reportedly moved his belongings to a rental property in Brentwood, California, to be closer to his three children from his previous marriage to Jennifer Garner. Meanwhile, Lopez, 54, recently returned from a solo European vacation, which she took after canceling her tour due to poor ticket sales.

These events have intensified rumors of marital conflict between the couple, who rekindled their relationship in April 2021 after calling off their first engagement in 2004. They married in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by a more elaborate ceremony at Affleck’s Georgia estate a month later.

An unnamed source close to the situation told Page Six in May that Affleck had “come to his senses” about the marriage and was considering ending it. “If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” the insider claimed. “He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream.”

The couple’s whirlwind romance and subsequent marriage captivated fans and media alike, making them one of Hollywood’s most-watched couples. As they navigate this latest chapter, the entertainment world watches to see what the future holds for “Bennifer 2.0.”

Lopez’s movie about their relationship was widely mocked, and some celebrities even participated in the project, questioning the wisdom of proceeding with it.
