Britney Spears has gotten officially married to her fiancé Sam Asghari, who she met in 2016 after he played her love interest in the “Slumber Party” music video. He has been by her side as the nightmarish conservatorship she was put through came to an end last year.

Asghari proposed to Spears in September 2021, and the four-carat diamond wedding ring he gave her reportedly had his nickname for her, “Lioness,” engraved on it. The couple had their wedding in their beautiful home in Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles.

The wedding was reportedly fairytale-like just as she had wanted.

Spears walked down the aisle to the Elvis Presley classic “Can’t Help Falling In Love.” During the reception, the source added that she “danced for hours at the reception. You could tell that she had the best time.”

There were reportedly about 60 guests in attendance, including Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton, and Donatella Versace, who designed Spears’ dress. It seems that Spears’ sons Sean Preston and Jayden James with Kevin Federline were not in attendance, but a rep for Federline wished her well on her big day.

It’s also unlikely that any members of Spears’ immediate family were invited to the wedding. She has been taking people like her sister Jamie Lynn Spears and father Jamie Spears to task online, for their roles in her conservatorship, as well as still legally sparring with her father who she says has been avoiding giving a deposition about the conservatorship.
