Netflix is rumored to be in talks to pick up a Full House spinoff/revival series titled Fuller House, with original cast members Candace Cameron Bure (DJ) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy) returning.

Full House Reboot ‘Fuller House‘ To Focus On DJ And Kimmy

Full House has long been at the center of reboot rumors. The beloved family sitcom starred Bob Saget, John Stamos, Dave Coulier, but is perhaps most known for launching the career of Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen. The show ran from 1987-1995, and now lives on in syndication.

The spinoff would star Bure and Barber as they reprise their roles as BFFs DJ and Kimmy. Netflix is reportedly close to ordering a 13-episode season of Fuller House, which would also bring back Full House creator/executive producer Jeff Franklin and executive producers Thomas L. Miller and Robert L Boyet. It’s unclear whether Fuller House would see the return of DJ’s beloved high school boyfriend, Steve (Scott Weinger). But early reports suggested that the revival could feature guest appearances by Stamos, Saget and Coulier.

Fans on Twitter were both excited and skeptical, with some wondering if the report could just be an April Fools’ Day Prank come a day late.

Stamos tweeted a cryptic quote from Benjamin Franklin on Thursday that reads, “Believe none of what you hear, and only half of what you see.” Could this be a hint about the rumored Netflix revival?

Meanwhile, Bure has been coy on her social media accounts, sharing a link to a recent interview in which she confirmed her interest in participating in a Full House reunion. “We’ve all kind of done little things here and there, just poking fun or throwing back to Full House which has been cool. If it’s a good opportunity or a good place to do that, I think we all would do that. I would do that and have fun with it,” Bure said.

Teasing fans even more, Bure shared a photo of herself and Barber on Instagram, with the caption, “Here’s 2 one of the best & longest friendships in TV history! DJ & Kimmy Forever!!”
