Naomi Campbell returned to the runway for Versace at Milan Fashion Week last Friday.
Campbell donned some red, white and blue athleisure wear for Donatella Versace‘s show at MFW 2016. Campbell, a veteran model, donned a cropped half-zip pullover jacket with a matching skirt. She also sported high-heeled lace-up sneaker boots and carried a sporty knapsack.
“I love you !!!! @donatella_Versace #thankyou Home away from home,” Campbell captioned a video of herself strutting her stuff on the runway. “#family #love #forever ❤️❤️?? @Versace_official #teamDV ❤️??”
Campbell also posted a picture from the high-profile fashion event.
Following the show, Campbell reposted Versace, who’d shared an image of herself between Campbell and tennis star Serena Williams.
“Yesterday’s show celebrated the strength of women, and the power of the female future. It was dedicated to every woman who believed in herself enough to take a leap of faith,” Versace captioned the picture. “We should all remember that we’re standing on the shoulders of giants: Coretta Scott King, Esther Lederberg, Donyale Luna, Gae Aulenti, Margherita Hack, Nilde Iotti, Rita Levi Montalcini…extraordinary women who made history with their vision and undying dedication. We love you, we thank you, we’ll make it up to you. We will not forget you, and together we will take the leap. xx.”
In addition to Campbell, the Versace show also featured Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Irina Shayk, Doutzen Kroes, Adriana Lima, Jourdan Dunn and Stella Maxwell.
