MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Says Fox News Has ‘Canceled’ His Company, Network Says It Hasn’t Paid Its Bills In Months

Controversial MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell claimed that Fox News has “canceled” his company after discovering that the network had stopped airing the company’s TV advertisements.

On January 12, Lindell announced that Fox News had stopped running his ubiquitous MyPillow ads on former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon‘s podcast, War Room.

“As you know, Steve, ever since I’ve been speaking out about our election platforms January of ’21, they’ve been attacking my company, MyPillow, with cancel culture, the box stores, the shopping channels and now Fox News,” Lindell shared.

“Fox News has canceled MyPillow, and I don’t have the reasons why yet,” Lindell declared. “I can only say, ‘Well the caucuses are coming on Monday. They know my brand is with great President Donald Trump.'”

“Maybe it’s because I brought Lou Dobbs over to my Lindell-TV network this week,” the CEO suggested. “But everything is just very alarming and suspicious. Why now? Just out of the blue. You’re canceled.”

“It’s like – you go after a company because your CEO is concerned about helping save our country and secure our election platforms,” he added. “It’s just… it’s disturbing. It’s disgusting.”

“Hold it,” Bannon stated. “Explain to the audience what do you mean you’ve been canceled by Fox. You give them $100 million a year, at least in the filings, to buy advertising. They’re not taking your money.”

Lindell then pointed out that Fox received hundreds of millions of dollars from him.

“Our new commercial, we’re launching – you guys might have seen them over at Newsmax and stuff this last week – and my media buyers, they gave me – they actually told me Wednesday night. I’ve been sitting there. We’ve been trying to get to the bottom [of it]. ‘Why would you do this to us?’ And it’s full cancelation,” Lindell said.

On the same day, the CEO also posted a video on X in which he made a similar announcement.

“Please watch this and share it everywhere,” Lindell wrote in the caption. “Fox News Canceled MyPillow.”

“Hello, everybody. I wanted to get on here and tell you all the disturbing news,” he stated in the video. “Fox News has canceled MyPillow.”

“We don’t know why, we can only – we can only make a couple guesses,” Lindell added.

“Maybe it’s because Lou Dobbs was added over here at Lindell-TV to this all-new line-up we have,” he then predicted. “And that was just a few days ago. He showed his first interview with our great real president, Donald Trump, or maybe it’s because they don’t even want my face on their network leading up to the 2024 election in support of our great real president, Donald Trump.”

Lindell’s claims were denied by Fox, which confirmed that the commercials had been removed due to nonpayment.

For years, his MyPillow commercials have increased on Fox News. He became known as one of the main adherents of Trump’s false claims that the 2020 election was stolen from him.

In October 2023, Lindell said that despite the fact that he was facing bankruptcy and his lawyers had quit due to unpaid bills, he would fight against the three separate defamation lawsuits against him.

On October 31, 2023, Lindell asked his supporters for donations to help in his legal efforts, claiming that he had no more money.

Lindell is being sued by two voting machine manufacturing companies, Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, and former Dominion employee Eric Coomer. Dominion alone wants $1.3 billion in damages from him.
