The sequel to Sex and the City: The Movie is on the way now that Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis have all signed on. The rumored rivalry between Parker and Cattrall now seems to have been put aside in the in favor of the huge potential returns–the first installment made over $200 million worldwide.
